Vallourec Appoints David Clarke as Board Member
The Board of Directors of Vallourec has decided to co-opt David Clarke as a member of the Board of Directors, at the request of ArcelorMittal, replacing Keith James Howell. This appointment will be submitted for shareholder ratification on May 21, 2026.
Board Meeting Decision
Convened on February 26, 2026, the Board of Directors of Vallourec proceeded to co-opt David Clarke as a member of the Board of Directors, replacing Keith James Howell. David Clarke was also appointed as a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee. This appointment comes at the request of ArcelorMittal.
Upcoming Shareholder Ratification
David Clarke's appointment will be submitted for ratification by the shareholders at the next general meeting of the Group, scheduled for May 21, 2026. Since 2013, David Clarke has served as the Director of Strategy at ArcelorMittal, responsible for defining medium and long-term industry outlooks and coordinating the Group's annual strategic process.
