VEOM Group Sees Revenue Decline to €16.2 Million in 2025
On Tuesday, February 3, 2026, VEOM Group announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2025, which showed a decrease in business activity. The European company, specializing in smart home solutions, reported a consolidated revenue of €16.2 million, down from €20.3 million in 2024.
Financial Performance in 2025
At the end of its 2025 fiscal year, which closed on December 31, 2025, VEOM Group achieved a consolidated revenue of €16.2 million, compared to €20.3 million a year earlier, according to the company. This decline occurred in a context of a volatile market and deteriorating economic environment throughout the year. The Chacon & DiO Home division recorded a revenue of €11.5 million in 2025, down from €13.6 million in 2024. This division was affected by a continuously weak DIY superstore market since mid-2023, in a context marked by a slowdown in renovation projects, a decrease in real estate activity, and increased household caution regarding home equipment expenses. The ramp-up of the distribution contract with a major DIY retail chain was also less dynamic than expected, causing a disruption in the supply chain that affected deliveries and invoicing in the second half of 2025. The Cabasse Audio division recorded a revenue of €4.7 million, down 30 percent from €6.7 million in the previous year, evolving in a challenging economic environment marked by a slowdown in consumption both in France and internationally, with high inventory levels remaining at distributors.
Challenges and Outlook for Cabasse Audio
Cabasse Audio's activity was also hindered by supply difficulties, mainly due to pressures on the company's cash flow and the tightening of terms by some of its major Asian suppliers. The fiscal year 2025 also experienced an unfavorable base effect related to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) activity, which had been particularly strong in 2024, showing a decline of €0.4 million in 2025 compared to 2024. This OEM activity is expected to pick up again in 2026 with the anticipated launch of the second product for a major luxury house during the year. Regarding future prospects, VEOM Group indicates that its 2026 activity will depend on the return to growth of the Chacon & DiO Home division, driven by its new product ranges, as well as the financial situation of its Cabasse subsidiary and its relationships with suppliers that affect product supply capabilities to distributors.
Strategic Developments and New Launches
The Chacon & DiO Home division will continue its development with the launch of a new range dedicated to the connected garden in the coming months. The group also won a tender for the supply of a complete range of white-label video protection for a major European DIY retailer, with finalization and operational deployment expected by the end of the year. Cabasse Audio continued to expand its Luxury Wireless Audio range with the commercial launch of LA SPHERE EVO, a prestigious stereo system, which started in early 2026, and THE PEARL THEATER 5.1, an ultra-compact wireless home cinema solution, set to be marketed in the second half of 2026. Four additional new products will be launched in 2026, between the second and fourth quarters. The brand partnership and acoustic engineering agreement with a major luxury house continues with the launch of the industrialization and production phase of the second product. Cabasse strengthened its team in the second half of 2025 with the appointment of Romain Vet as Director of Business Development and International Expansion, and Arnaud Hendoux as Deputy General Manager. This new team concluded a distribution contract in the United States with a new distributor creating Cabasse Americas, which took over the entire stock of the former partner. New distribution agreements are being finalized in the Asia-Pacific region, including in China, Australia, and India.
