Sophie Zurquiyah remains as the chair of the board to ensure strategic continuity and guide the long-term vision of Viridien. She steps down from the CEO role after eight years, during which she led the company's transformation and implemented a strategy based on an 'asset-light' model and technological differentiation.
Strengthened Board of Directors
Viridien's board of directors now includes 9 members, of which 78% are independent and 44% are women. The composition of the four committees (Audit and Risk Management, Compensation, Nomination and Governance, New Business and M&A, Sustainability) remains unchanged. The general meeting also approved all resolutions, including the adoption of the social and consolidated accounts for the fiscal year 2025, the Say on Pay resolutions concerning the remuneration of corporate officers, as well as the financial delegations and authorizations to the board of directors.
