Vistra Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.2290 Per Common Share
Energy group Vistra has announced the payment of dividends across its three categories of shares: a quarterly dividend on common shares and two semi-annual dividends on its Series B and C preferred shares.
Quarterly Dividend of $0.2290 Per Common Share
Vistra's board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2290 per common share, amounting to an estimated aggregate payment of approximately $75 million this quarter. This dividend will be paid on June 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 22, 2026. The ex-dividend date is set for June 22, 2026. Vistra's Series B will receive a semi-annual dividend of $35 per preferred share, equivalent to $70 annualized. This dividend will be paid on June 15, 2026, to holders of Series B shares registered as of June 1, 2026. The semi-annual dividend for Series C shares is $44.375 per preferred share, or $88.75 annualized. This dividend will be paid on July 15, 2026, to holders of Series C shares registered as of July 1, 2026.
