Worldline Plans to Sell PaymentIQ to Incore Invest for 160 Million Euros
Worldline has announced its intention to sell its PaymentIQ platform to Incore Invest for an estimated sum of 160 million euros, as part of a strategic refocus.
According to the press release, the impact of the PaymentIQ sale on Worldline's finances is expected to result in a 50 million euro reduction in revenue, a 40 million euro decrease in adjusted EBITDA, and a 30 million euro reduction in cash flow by 2026.

Additional Divestitures
In addition to the divestiture of PaymentIQ, Worldline has also conducted other divestiture operations, bringing the net cash proceeds from these sales to an amount ranging between 510 and 560 million euros. The completion of the sale is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026, subject to the completion of the consultation process with the works councils.
