74Software joins CAC Small, Mid & Small and All-Tradable indices
74Software announced its integration into several Euronext Paris indices following the annual review of the CAC indices family. The enterprise software group presented this inclusion as a step in strengthening its profile on capital markets.
Effective entry on September 21, 2026 into three indices
74Software (Euronext Paris: 74SW) indicated that it has joined the CAC Small, CAC Mid & Small and CAC All-Tradable indices, following the annual review of the CAC indices family conducted by Euronext. The group's securities were integrated into the updated compositions after the close of September 18, 2026, taking effect on September 21, 2026. The CAC Small brings together eligible small capitalizations listed on Euronext Paris, while the CAC Mid & Small and CAC All-Tradable indices cover broader segments of the French equity market. The selection of components is based notably on free-float adjusted market capitalization and trading activity.
Ambition for future inclusion in the SBF 120
According to the group, this inclusion expands its presence within the Euronext indices universe and aims to increase its visibility among French and international investors. It accompanies the group's efforts to broaden its shareholder base and improve the liquidity of its securities, while strengthening its profile as a European enterprise software group structured around a portfolio of brands operated independently. Patrick Donovan, Chief Executive Officer of 74Software, stated that this inclusion represents "a new step in strengthening our profile on capital markets" and enables the presentation of the group's portfolio model as well as the long-term potential of Axway and SBS. He added that the group's ambition is to continue strengthening its market profile and liquidity, "with a view to becoming a credible candidate for inclusion in the SBF 120 over time".
