Acheter-Louer.fr launches Allo-Mandat in response to new telephone canvassing regulations
In a press release published on October 22, 2026, Acheter-Louer.fr introduced Allo-Mandat, a prospecting and mandate generation solution designed for real estate professionals. The group links this launch to its strategy of modernizing its historical activities, which it is considering divesting in whole or in part.
Prospecting based on agency search mandates
The offering is carried by Allodata, a subsidiary entirely owned by Acheter-Louer.fr, of which Allo-Mandat is the commercial brand. It responds to a regulatory shift: since August 11, 2026, commercial telephone canvassing of individuals is subject to regulations that require, in principle, their prior consent. According to the group, this development "significantly modifies traditional prospecting practices" used by real estate professionals when approaching private sellers.
The solution is based notably on matching properties listed for sale with buyers holding a search mandate. Its legal framework has been validated by a real estate law specialist, according to the press release. The stated objective is to prioritize connections made within the framework of "genuine search mandates" rather than traditional commercial telephone canvassing.
Specifically, the tool provides access to private seller listings and their contact information, with the property address available as an optional feature. It identifies matches with search mandates held by agencies and enables the launching of buyer search campaigns based on property characteristics. Connections are made through SMS, voice messages, messaging platforms for listings, and field prospecting.
Recurring revenue targets and potential divestment of historical activities
Allo-Mandat is offered with no commitment, in the form of a set of complementary features and services. The group indicates it is targeting easy adoption by professionals as well as the development of recurring revenue streams.
This launch is part of a strategy aimed at modernizing and enhancing historical activities (digital solutions, data exploitation, services for real estate professionals), with "the prospect of being able to divest, under the best conditions, all or part of these activities." In parallel, the group, which also holds a proprietary acquisition activity in Solana cryptocurrency through its subsidiary Sol Treasury Corp, is exploring new investment and diversification opportunities.
The sectors cited include notably digital solutions, data, artificial intelligence, automation, decentralized technologies, and Web3. These operations could take the form of stake acquisitions or external growth. Their implementation remains conditional on the group's own financial capacity and the prior establishment of necessary external financing.
