Acheter-Louer.fr restates its accounts: revenue falls 34.5% in the first half
On October 30, 2026, Acheter-Louer.fr published its results for the first half of 2026, correcting the revenue and operating income figures released on September 30, 2026. The year-on-year decline in revenue now stands at 34.5%, compared with 19.0% initially announced.
The net loss amounts to -€3,375k, compared with -€371,420k a year earlier, with the financial result accounting for the largest part. The group also states that the coverage of its funding needs until the end of 2027 depends on drawing the bond tranches still available, for up to €1.7 million.
A restatement that reverses the trend in operating income
According to the group, the elimination of intra-group transactions had been omitted from the release of September 30, 2026. Consolidated revenue for the half-year is therefore reduced to €292k, compared with the €342.917k announced, and revenue for the first half of 2025 is corrected to €446k, compared with the €423.504k previously announced, due to a "material error".
Other operating income has been restated to include inventory and asset disposal entries: it reaches €1,400k, compared with €1,015k, an increase of 37.9%. Operating income therefore rises 15.8% to €1,692k, whereas a decline of 18.3% had been published.
The group attributes the decline in its activity to the slowdown in real estate transactions and to an economic environment that remains "still complex" for players in the real estate and housing sectors. Out of €1,692k in operating income, revenue represents €292k.
EBITDA at -€174k, net loss reduced to €3.4 million
Personnel costs amount to €584k, up 1.7%, but include €150k in severance payments linked to the restructuring of the workforce. Excluding severance payments, they fall 24.4% to €434k, which the group links to the cost-reduction measures implemented.
Consumed purchases and external charges reach €1,281k, compared with €955k, an increase of 34.1%. External charges rise from €851k to €1,230k, while consumed purchases decrease from €104k to €51k. EBITDA stands at -€174k, compared with -€68k in the first half of 2025.
Operating income amounts to -€1,104k, compared with -€1,148k, with depreciation, amortization and provisions reduced from €1,068k to €919k. The financial result, at -€2,271k compared with -€370,255k, accounts for the largest part of the net loss of €3,375k.
According to the group, it mainly reflects the accounting effects of the financial restructuring, the issuance and repayment of convertible and redeemable bonds into shares, as well as the associated dilutive effects.
Financing until the end of 2027 conditional on €1.7 million in bond tranches
As of June 30, 2026, cash and cash equivalents amount to €105k, compared with €38k as of December 31, 2025, and marketable securities to €968k at net book value, compared with €1,651k. Consolidated shareholders' equity is negative at -€7,827k, compared with -€7,219k, and financial debt stands at €8,318k, compared with €7,583k.
On the business side, the group launched version 6 of its platform on October 6, 2026, which lists more than 500,000 listings. On October 22, 2026, it launched Allo-Mandat through its subsidiary ALLODATA, in response to the ban on telephone prospecting without prior consent, in force since August 11, 2026.
The group is studying equity investments or external growth transactions, particularly in data, artificial intelligence and decentralized technologies, subject to its own financial capacity and to external financing. It specifies that the decline in activity recorded in the third quarter of 2026 will mechanically weigh on the results for the 2026 financial year.
It considers that it has the resources necessary until the end of 2027, subject to the drawdown of the remaining tranches of the bond financing put in place with Digital Ventures I in January 2026, of which €1.7 million remains available. In the absence of these drawdowns, the group's cash horizon would be limited to 8 months.
