The consolidated operating result amounted to −€1.408 million compared to −€10.820 million in 2024, benefiting from a significant reduction in depreciation, impairments, and provisions. This €9.4 million improvement reflects the effects of the cost-saving measures and operational restructurings carried out during the fiscal year. However, the consolidated net result attributable to the group shows a deficit of €372.183 million compared to −€17.540 million in 2024, mainly due to a financial result of −€370.798 million incorporating the accounting impacts of financial restructuring operations, issues and repayments of convertible bond instruments, and associated dilutive effects. Consolidated equity remains negative at −€7.007 million (compared to −€7.664 million at the end of 2024).

Strategic Pivot to Crypto Assets and Continued Cost Reductions

In 2025, the group launched a new activity of proprietary acquisition of Solana through its subsidiary Sol Treasury Corp (100% owned). As of May 22, 2026, Acheter-louer.fr held 16,862 Solana valued at an estimated €1.31 million. The staking activity has generated more than €100,000 in financial revenues since August 2025. In an economic environment that remains challenging for real estate and digital marketing, the group continues its cost optimization measures and its strategy of refocusing. It aims to position itself as a player in consulting and developing data exploitation strategies through decentralized technologies, participating in the rise of Web3. Acheter-louer.fr also continues discussions regarding the divestment of certain historical activities.
