Co-optation of MRP Consulting BV
On Wednesday, the board of directors of Agfa-Gevaert co-opted MRP Consulting BV, represented by Mark Pensaert, as an independent director. This appointment aims to maintain the minimum number of six directors required by law. Pensaert, who previously served on the board from May 2018 to May 2026, returns temporarily to ensure continuity and allow the board to conduct its selection process to identify a successor to Michel Govaert.
Interim Period Activities
During this interim period, Mark Pensaert will also continue to serve as the chairman of the audit committee. The board expressed its gratitude towards Pensaert for his willingness to return temporarily.
