Air France-KLM Share: -21.4% in One Quarter, Stock Falls Another 3.5%
The airline group intensifies its decline mid-session in a downward-trending Paris market. The stock ranks among the steepest declines in the broader index and remains below all its moving averages, as an analyst opinion has just been adjusted.
The Air France-KLM share is down 3.53% to €10.80, among the steepest declines in the SBF 120, while the index retreats 0.81% and the CAC 40 by 0.75%. The stock is below its 20-day moving average (gap of -6.25%), its 50-day moving average (-8.55%) and its 200-day moving average (-4.26%), so that today's decline extends an already difficult quarter, with -21.4% over three months. The €11.20 support level has given way, and the RSI at 43 remains neutral: the stock is therefore not yet in oversold territory.
The session context is marked by tension on French debt, with an OAT-Bund spread at 134 basis points, while Brent advances by more than 4% to $104.37 per barrel. Neighboring sector stocks are not performing better: ADP loses 2.66% and Airbus 0.77%, while Boeing falls 0.79% on Wall Street.

Morgan Stanley revised its price target today from €13.50 to €13.20 and maintains an overweight rating. This target implies a potential of approximately 22% relative to the €10.80 share price. To put the valuation in perspective, the analysts' consensus surveyed places the stock at approximately 3.1 times expected earnings for the current fiscal year.
On the fundamentals side, the company had adopted a cautious tone when publishing H1 2026 results on July 30, citing a particularly volatile environment and revised 2026 outlook in terms of capacity. A share buyback program of €1 billion had also been announced on June 9, 2026. The next technical reference point is the €11.20 support level, now broken.
