Altamir reports a Net Asset Value of 32.59 euros per share as of March 31, 2026, marking an increase of 0.8% compared to December 31, 2025. The total NAV stands at 1,189.8 million euros, while net cash is at -72.3 million euros.
Slight Increase in NAV in the First Quarter
As of March 31, 2026, Altamir’s Net Asset Value per share is 32.59 euros, up from 32.32 euros on December 31, 2025, reflecting a growth of 0.8%. The total Net Asset Value, corresponding to equity under IFRS, reaches 1,189.8 million euros, up from 1,179.9 million euros three months earlier.
Value Creation Driven by Altaroc Odyssey and InnovAge
The portfolio’s value creation for the quarter is reported at 7.1 million euros. According to Altamir, this primarily reflects the revaluation of Altaroc Odyssey funds and the stock price increase of InnovAge. The NAV evolution table also shows a positive fair value change of 21.8 million euros in the NAV.
Investments Decrease Compared to the First Quarter of 2025
Altamir made investments and commitments totaling 24.1 million euros in the first quarter of 2026, compared to 48.5 million euros in the first quarter of 2025. Two new investments were made through the Apax XI LP fund: iD Fresh Food, for 3.7 million euros, and Yad2, for 11.0 million euros. iD Fresh Food operates in over 50 cities in India and the Persian Gulf and employs nearly 2,400 people. Yad2 is described as the leading classifieds platform in Israel, covering real estate, automotive, and employment.
