Europlasma: two directors resign, general meeting to come
The resignations of Laurent Collet-Billon and Pascal Gilbert, effective since 1 November 2026, leave two seats to be filled on the board of directors of Europlasma. However, both men retain their management positions within the subsidiary Les Forges de Tarbes.
Two director mandates opened in June 2019 come to an end
On 6 November 2026, Europlasma announced that Laurent Collet-Billon and Pascal Gilbert had resigned from their positions as directors. Both had sat on the group's board of directors since 18 June 2019.
Their departure is limited to the parent company. Laurent Collet-Billon remains chairman of the board of directors of Les Forges de Tarbes, and Pascal Gilbert retains its general management.
The board of directors of Europlasma wished to thank them "warmly for their involvement and the quality of their contributions to the Board's work throughout their mandate".

In order to replace them and complete the board of directors, Europlasma indicated that it will convene a general meeting of shareholders.
The company specified that the date, location and participation arrangements for this meeting will be communicated "very shortly", in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
