Argan inaugurates its Puma platform in Vendenheim ahead of the vote on the merger with WDP
Argan, Puma and ID Logistics inaugurated on 2 November 2026 the new 41,000 m² logistics platform in Vendenheim, in the Bas-Rhin department, which hosts the sportswear manufacturer's activities in France.
For the property company, the operation strengthens an existing presence in the Strasbourg logistics basin, a few weeks before its shareholders vote on the proposed merger with WDP.
An automated site with 98 robots, BREEAM Excellent certified
Developed by LCR and then acquired by Argan, the platform is operated by ID Logistics for Puma's business-to-business (BtoB) activities in France. It features an AutoStore system based on 98 robots, with a capacity of up to 57,000 preparation lines per day.
The site holds the BREEAM Excellent certification. It is equipped with self-consumption photovoltaic panels and LED lighting, measures that the company presents as aiming to reconcile "real estate performance, energy consumption control and environmental requirements".

Argan indicates that it is thereby continuing the development of its logistics portfolio in eastern France. In Vendenheim, the group already owns a platform developed for Auchan. Stéphane Cassagne, Director of Development and Asset Management, presents the operation as illustrating "the role of ARGAN as a long-term real estate investor".
As of 30 June 2026, the property company's portfolio amounted to 3.9 million m², with nearly 110 warehouses in metropolitan France, valued at 4.3 billion euros excluding transfer duties, for an annualised rental income of around 224 million euros.
The inauguration precedes the combined general meeting of 20 November 2026, which is to vote on the merger project with WDP. The merger auditor's report, made available to shareholders on 20 October 2026, found the exchange ratio of 3 WDP shares for 1 Argan share to be fair.
Management commentary: ARGAN rehausse à nouveau son objectif annuel pour les revenus locatifs au titre de 2026 et vise au moins 222 M€, soit une progression de + 5 % par rapport à 2025.
