Argan Launches a €500 Million Green Bond Oversubscribed by 5.5 Times
Argan announced on Thursday the successful launch of its inaugural green bond issue of €500 million maturing in October 2029, which was heavily oversubscribed. This operation will allow the repayment of the 2021 bond issue amounting to €500 million. The settlement-delivery of the bonds is scheduled for April 30, 2026. The bonds will be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.
