Atos Selected by CAIH to Support 2,500 Healthcare Institutions
On Thursday, Atos was chosen by the Hospital Computing Purchasing Center (CAIH) to support 2,500 healthcare facilities, health and medico-social structures in their digital transformation. The group is working on three separate lots alongside specialized partners: Easis, Onepoint, and ICFI.
A Project Management Assistance Market Covering Three Areas of Support
Atos has won three lots in the Project Management Assistance (PMA) market initiated by the CAIH. As the lead contractor, Atos collaborates with Easis as a co-contractor on Lot 1 (Studies and Consulting), with Onepoint for Lot 3 (Application Testing) and engages ICFI as a subcontractor for Lot 4 (Change Management and Support).
The selection of the consortium is based on its deep understanding of healthcare professions, knowledge of the French regulatory context, territorial coverage, and technological expertise. The CAIH valued its ability to meet the priorities of its members' IT departments: ensuring quality of care, maintaining continuity of services, and integrating innovation and AI in compliance with regulations.
Lot 1 Dedicated to Modernizing Information Systems
Atos and Easis will assist institutions in defining, structuring, and implementing their IT modernization trajectory. The consortium will work on analyzing the current systems, defining evolution scenarios, assessing necessary resources, identifying expected benefits, and potential risks.
The services also include the development of a provisional schedule and proposing proactive measures to address specific functional, technical, organizational, and quality challenges for each beneficiary.
Lots 3 and 4 Covering Testing and Change Management
Lot 3, led by Atos and Onepoint, aims to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of IT solutions. The offering includes a rigorous testing methodology, verification of deliverables, complete traceability, industrialization of tests, and support for project management. Atos will use a generative artificial intelligence platform to optimize testing activities while preserving digital sovereignty.
Lot 4, entrusted to Atos with ICFI as a health IT specialist, covers change management, communication, and training. These actions, deployed from the early phases and several months after go-live, aim to ensure a smooth transition to new operational modes. Atos will mobilize its 500 employees who specialize in digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
