Azerion share plunges nearly 11% and breaks its €1.01 support level
The publication of Azerion's first-half 2026 results weighs heavily on the valuation on Thursday, in a Paris market that is itself in decline. The dual reading of the semester—declining revenue but rising operating profitability—fails to reassure investors at mid-session. The stock erases a fraction of its longer-term gains and returns to levels unseen for several months.
Misleading half-year results that accelerate the stock's decline
Azerion published its unaudited results for the first half of 2026 this morning, and the combined reading weighs on the share price. The Dutch advertising technology group posted a 2.5% decline in revenue over the period, while EBITDA rose 15%, the result according to the company of three years of cost-cutting efforts. At the same time, the company downwardly revised its annual revenue forecast and announced a reshaping of its segmentation, now distinguishing two separate divisions.
For all these elements, the complete half-year results were detailed in a brief published today. The revision of the annual revenue guidance appears to weigh more than the improvement in operating margin: the stock falls 10.87% to €0.92 during the session, compared to a close of €1.03 the previous day. Over one week, the decline reaches 11.21%, and over three months, the stock has lost 18.1%.
A share price fallen below all three moving averages, RSI in low neutral territory
Today's fall pushes Azerion below all of its reference moving averages. The share price at €0.92 sits 13.4% below the 20-day MA, 10.87% below the 50-day MA and 9.11% below the 200-day MA (the latter at €1.01), which coincides with the support level identified at €1.01. This support, now broken, could transform into short-term resistance.
The RSI at 43 reflects selling pressure without manifest exhaustion, leaving little signal of immediate relief. The next significant resistance to monitor is situated at €1.08, representing a gap of over 17% above the current price. In this context, analysts' views on Azerion will need to be closely followed to assess whether the guidance revision changes the consensus price targets.
