Bourse Direct: Revenue up 16.9% over nine months, slower pace in third quarter
Bourse Direct published consolidated revenue of 65.8 million euros for the first nine months of 2026 on October 14, 2026, up 16.9% year-on-year. The online brokerage attributes this growth to order volume and the activity of its EXOE subsidiary.
A period-by-period breakdown provides a numerical nuance. For the third quarter alone, Bourse Direct's individual revenue grows 10.8%, compared to 15.1% for the entire period. Growth continues across all published indicators, at a slower pace in the latest period.
Meanwhile, the customer base continues to expand, with nearly 435,000 accounts as of end-September. The group also extended securities lending to PEAs, after offering it on regular securities accounts.
65.8 million euros in consolidated revenue over nine months
As of September 30, 2026, cumulative consolidated revenue stands at 65.8 million euros, up 16.9% compared to the same period in 2025. Bourse Direct's individual revenue reaches 58.6 million euros, compared to 50.9 million euros a year earlier, representing growth of 15.1%.
The driver of this growth is brokerage activity. The number of executed orders reaches 4.5 million over the first nine months, up 11.5%. Brokerage revenues increase by 24.0% over the same period.
The EXOE subsidiary, dedicated to professional activity, records revenue of 7.2 million euros, up 33.4% compared to 2025.
Lower growth in the third quarter than in the first half
Comparison with the semi-annual publication of July 28, 2026 helps contextualize the momentum. The group then reported order volume up 16.7% to 3.3 million in the half-year, compared to growth of 11.5% over nine months. For EXOE, revenue growth was 42.9% in the first half, compared to 33.4% over nine months.
Individual revenue follows the same trend: +10.8% for the third quarter alone, compared to +15.1% for the cumulative total. All three indicators remain in positive territory, with a slower pace in the summer period than at the start of the year.
Another discrepancy emerges from the published data: brokerage revenues (+24.0%) are growing faster than the number of executed orders (+11.5%) over the first nine months.
The customer base continues to expand. New account recruitment is growing 9.2% on a twelve-month rolling basis, with nearly 435,000 accounts as of end-September for more than 11 billion in assets. At the time of the semi-annual publication, the brokerage reported nearly 425,000 accounts.
Securities lending extended to PEA and equity capital of 87.8 million euros
On the product offering front, Bourse Direct launched securities lending on PEA accounts, announced in a press release of October 12, 2026. This service complements securities lending on regular securities accounts and programmed investment plans. According to the brokerage, it enables its clients to supplement income on their PEA account, and new services contribute to overall performance.
The group complements its brokerage offering with long-term savings solutions, life insurance and Retirement Savings Plans (PER). Bourse Direct offers orders for less than 1 € across a range of products ranging from French and international stocks to ETFs, derivative products and investment funds.
On the balance sheet side, the company indicates that its financial situation has experienced no significant change since the publication of the semi-annual financial report. Its equity capital stood at 87.8 million euros as of June 30, 2026.
The most structuring element of the publication remains consolidated revenue of 65.8 million euros over nine months, up 16.9%, driven by 4.5 million executed orders.
