Pierre-Eric Saint-André, Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues Construction, appointed Clotilde Solier as Chief Financial Officer of the company. She took up her duties on September 1st, 2026 and joined the executive committee in this capacity.
Aged 48 and a graduate of Neoma Business School, Clotilde Solier began her career with the group in 2002, in the management control department of Bouygues Energies and Services, now part of Equans.
A Succession Linked to a Departure to Equans
Clotilde Solier succeeds Julien Toqueboeuf, who is joining Equans, a subsidiary of the Bouygues Group. Her career path within the group led her to alternate between missions closely tied to projects and those within central functions, in the Energies & Services, Buildings & Public Works and Telecommunications activities.
She notably joined Axione in 2009, then worked in the internal audit department of Bouygues Construction from late 2015 onwards. In 2018, she took responsibility for financial control at Bouygues Bâtiment International, while also serving as Chief Financial Officer of the USA-Caribbean zone. Since 2021, she held the position of General Secretary of Bouygues Bâtiment France.
