Bouygues Immobilier and Domani Partner for Senior Inclusive Housing Residences
Bouygues Immobilier and Domani have entered into a national partnership on June 22 to develop inclusive housing residences for seniors. The agreement includes several projects across France, with deliveries expected by 2028.
A Partnership to Balance Autonomy and Social Life
The partnership combines the expertise of Bouygues Immobilier, a generalist French developer for nearly 70 years, and Domani, a company in the social and solidarity economy specializing in inclusive shared housing for seniors. The agreement aims to offer seniors an alternative between staying at home and traditional medicalized accommodations. Both parties intend to develop human-scale housing, integrated into urban projects and located at the heart of communities, combining autonomy, safety, and social connections.
Several Operations Already Identified Across the Territory
The partnership plans to roll out Domani residences within the operations carried out by Bouygues Immobilier across France. Several sites have already been identified or are under study: Cormeilles-en-Parisis, Vannes, Quéven, Royan, and Saint-Mandrier, with deliveries projected for 2028. These residences will offer mixed housing options combining shared habitats and individual homes, close to shops, services, and transport facilities.
Previous Collaborations and National Expansion
Bouygues Immobilier and Domani have previously collaborated locally in Talence and Hyères before deciding to deepen their collaboration on a national scale.
