Cheops Technology: Revenue Up 6.8%, Net Income Down 5.2%
Cheops Technology published its financial statements for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2026 on October 29, 2026. Consolidated revenue reached 214.38 million euros, up 6.77%, and operating income grew faster than sales.
This growth does not extend to the bottom line of the income statement. Current income is nearly flat and net income declined, a decrease that the group attributes to one-time provisions for credit impairment.
These financial statements are accompanied by a series of new or planned offerings in sovereign artificial intelligence, cloud computing and infrastructure financing, presented as the core of the innovation strategy for the group based in Canéjan, near Bordeaux.
Operating Income of €13.21 Million for €214.38 Million in Sales
Consolidated operating income reached 13.21 million euros, compared to 11.75 million euros a year earlier, an increase of 12.37%. It thus grew at a faster pace than revenue, which rose from 200.789 million to 214.38 million euros (+6.77%).
The group notes that employee profit-sharing is recorded as personnel expenses and deducted from operating income. The consolidated financial statements have been certified by the statutory auditors.
The parent company's individual financial statements follow the same trend: revenue of 176.701 million euros, up 7.64%, and operating income of 11.593 million euros, up 5.57%. The parent company thus carries the majority of consolidated activity.
Current Income Nearly Flat, Net Income Impacted by Provisions
Below the operating income line, the trend reverses. Consolidated current income came in at 12.093 million euros, compared to 12.172 million euros, a slight decline of 0.65%.
A year earlier, current income exceeded operating income; for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, it fell short. Consolidated net income reached 8.40 million euros, compared to 8.865 million euros, down 5.19%. The group attributes this decline to one-time provisions for credit impairment.
The same pattern appears in the individual financial statements. The parent company's current income before taxes declined 4.09%, to 11.277 million euros, and its net income by 9.44%, to 6.852 million euros. In both scopes, activity and operations advanced while final results declined.
Sovereign AI, Cloud and Financing: Several Launches Planned
The group, which claims more than 750 employees and operates eight data centers, highlights iCod Private AI. The offering selects, for each use case, open language models, available in four levels of weight and reasoning, executed in its data centers in France and soon in Switzerland.
The internal AMON platform is now commercialized in SaaS mode, starting from 20 users, with a per-user price and two access levels. In cybersecurity, the number of contracts for its CyberPatriot security operations center exceeded 100 this year.
Cheops Technology also plans the launch of iCod Open, a cloud offering based on HPE VMware and the Morpheus platform, as well as Cheops Financial Services. This entity is to offer customers financing for their infrastructure consumption, in response, according to the group, to the price increases observed on the market.
"This is where our added value lies: transforming market innovations into sovereign, deployable and useful services for businesses," declared Nicolas Leroy-Fleuriot, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. On the financial front, the fiscal year resulted in operating income of 13.21 million euros, up 12.37%, for revenue of 214.38 million euros.
