The Portuguese postal group established, according to a press release published on October 29, 2026, a set of new rates for international shipments to Europe. They are aimed at both individuals and businesses.
This new express product is accessible in CTT shops and points as well as online. This launch represents a commercial realization of the partnership between CTTexpress and DHL.
A joint product backed by the CTT network and DHL
The partnership, described as strategic by CTT, brings together CTTexpress, the express subsidiary of the group, and DHL. According to the press release, the offer combines the proximity of the CTT network in Portugal with DHL's international expertise.
The group presents this solution as a response to growing cross-border e-commerce needs. The product is marketed in CTT shops and points, as well as through online channels.
Rates starting from €17.49 for parcels up to 20 kg
The service covers 23 European countries, with rates starting from €17.49. Delivery times are estimated from 3 business days, for parcels up to 20 kg in actual weight.
Upon arrival, the recipient has the choice between two modes of receipt: collection at a DHL point in the destination country (DHL Service Point) or home delivery.

The executive indicated that the group continues "to transform the partnership into tangible benefits" for its customers, with an international offer presented as more competitive. He sees it as a way to strengthen the role of CTTexpress with both individuals and businesses.
