Clariane Mobilizes Its 35,500 Employees for QWL Week 2026
This week in France, the personal services group is launching a series of initiatives aimed at raising awareness among its employees about their health, well-being, and the quality of the collective work environment. This week is part of Clariane's commitment to the quality of life and working conditions of its employees.
Concrete Actions to Prevent Professional Wear and Tear
During the Quality of Work Life and Working Conditions Week (QWL Week), organized from June 15 to 19, 2026 by Anact under the theme 'Managing is a whole job!', Clariane is offering its employees several initiatives. The group is organizing webinars in partnership with Malakoff Humanis, a campaign to raise awareness about proper treatment, and a collaborative sports challenge titled 'Move Together'. These actions aim to address several identified issues: prevention of professional wear and tear, physical and mental health, balance between professional and personal life, as well as management and teamwork. The sports challenge will help support the French Association of Caregivers.
An Approach Embedded in the Group's HR Strategy
This week is part of Clariane's ongoing commitment to the quality of life and working conditions of its employees. Throughout the year, the group implements actions to promote health, professional development, and quality of management. This commitment was notably recognized by the awarding, for the third consecutive year, of the Top Employer Europe certification in 2026. Camille Blanchet, HR Director of Clariane France, emphasizes that 'in our professions, taking care of professionals is an essential condition to properly support vulnerable people.' She adds that 'the quality of life and working conditions depend both on the attention given to each individual, the quality of management, and the ability of teams to work together.'
