Clariane stock rebounds 2% but remains below its three moving averages

This movement places the stock among the strongest gainers in the broader index. The advance echoes the rebound of September 21, when the stock defended its support at €3.80 with a surge of 3.5%.

The current price stands just above this level at €3.77, giving it the role of an immediate floor. The sector comparison with Emeis, whose stock gains 0.73% during the session, shows that Clariane significantly outperforms its peers today in the personal services sector.

A strengthened financial context but moving averages still weighing on momentum

The price remains below the 20-day MA at €3.95, the 50-day MA at €3.98 and the 200-day MA at €3.94, with respective gaps of 2.78%, 3.52% and 2.54%. This triple alignment below the moving averages reflects an underlying momentum still oriented downward, despite today's rebound. The RSI at 39 remains in the low zone without signaling clear oversold conditions, which leaves the configuration open. Over one month, the stock is down 1.39% and over three months down 9.22%, illustrating persistent pressure on the security.

On the fundamental side, the financial situation has nevertheless become clearer this autumn: a revolving credit line of 700 million euros maturing in 2031 was signed on September 22, shortly after a senior bond offering of 500 million euros completed in early September. When publishing H1 2026 results on July 29, the group targeted an improvement in its EBITDA margin of 100 to 150 basis points by end of 2026. The nearest resistance remains at €4.06, representing a gap of 5.7% from the current price.
