Crypto Blockchain Industries: Stable Mining in July, Returns Still Deemed Insufficient
On August 11, 2026, Crypto Blockchain Industries reported its mining activity update for July 2026, as part of its strategy aimed at building the largest possible portfolio of bitcoins and other crypto-assets.
A Fleet of Over 700 Servers Operating in July
CBI reported that its entire fleet, composed of over 700 operational servers, operated without major interruption in July 2026, enabling regular bitcoin production in line with forecasts.
Measured in dollars, the return from mining servers is described as slightly positive, while the bitcoin price fell to around 62,500 dollars. Measured in bitcoins, the return for July 2026 is presented as slightly lower than that of June 2026, due to limited access to the electrical grid on several days related to temporary restrictions.
The company specified that this return remains insufficient and that the objective remains to return, with the rise in bitcoin, to a level of approximately 20% per year. This return is calculated solely on a cash basis, by reporting the gross margin of the activity (bitcoins received in the month minus the monthly electricity bill) to the amount invested in servers, on an annualized basis.
A Stable Crypto-Asset Portfolio
CBI reported stable performance of its crypto-asset and equivalent assets portfolio compared to the previous month, despite a bitcoin price back around 62,600 dollars.
The portfolio is composed mainly of bitcoins received through mining operations, as well as assets directly linked to production infrastructure, particularly mining servers. It also includes reserves in fiat currency that the group plans to deploy according to its capital allocation policy. Tokens created by CBI are not subject to accounting valuation.
The company recalled that the implementation of its projects, as well as their operating budget and financing plan, remain subject to significant uncertainties, and that investment in crypto-assets carries risks related in particular to their volatility. This communication is part of the group's ACE strategy (ACQUIRE, CREATE, the development of which is currently on pause, and EARN via a long-term partnership with Blockware Solutions).
