CTP leases 24,400 m² to Romstal in its logistics park near Bucharest
CTP has concluded a lease agreement for 24,400 m² with Romanian distributor Romstal within its CTPark Bucharest South logistics park in Romania.
This transaction takes place in a country that the real estate company presents as one of its main markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
A 24,400 m² lease dedicated to distribution in Romania
CTP, developer, owner and operator of logistics and industrial real estate in Europe, has leased 24,400 m² to Romstal, a Romanian distributor of equipment for construction installations.
The leased space is part of a 54,000 m² building located at CTPark Bucharest South in Romania. It is intended to accommodate Romstal's logistics and distribution activities in Romania and in the Central and Eastern Europe region.
Romstal's product portfolio covers thermal, hydraulic, sanitary, electrical and ceramic categories, intended for the construction and installation sectors.
A park located between Bucharest's ring road and the A0 motorway
CTPark Bucharest South is located between Bucharest's existing ring road and the A0 motorway. The park has access to national and international transport routes, including the A2 motorway towards Constanța, Romania's main port on the Black Sea.
The site is designed to accommodate logistics, distribution and light industry activities, with the possibility for clients to expand according to the evolution of their needs.
Romania among CTP's main markets
According to Ronald Binkofski, Chief Executive Officer of CTP Romania, Romstal's decision reflects the demand from established distributors for modern, flexible and well-connected logistics space around Bucharest.
CTP's Romanian portfolio represents more than 3.2 million m² of logistics and industrial space, distributed notably across Bucharest, Timișoara, Brașov, Sibiu, Craiova and Arad, out of a total European total of 14.8 million m².
Since April 2026, CTP has signed more than 100,000 m² of leases in Romania, while the entire group indicated that it has signed nearly 1.6 million m² in the first half of 2026.
