CTP: Stock, down 32% over one year, bounces back 6.5%
The logistics real estate company rebounds sharply in mid-morning trading after weeks of decline. The movement coincides with the launch of its first park in Italy and a share buyback program announced the previous day.
A recovery that brings the stock back above its twenty-day moving average
The CTP stock gains 6.5% to €13.10, compared to €12.30 at the previous close. It thus rises back above its 20-day MA (€12.90, spread of 1.55%), while the 50-day MA at €13.70 remains above the price. This rebound erases only a small portion of the 19.63% decline suffered over three months, and the RSI at 31.57 remains close to the oversold zone. The stock still loses 32.05% over one year.

On October 14, CTP announced the launch of its first logistics park in Italy, near Piacenza, with a total planned surface area of approximately 200,000 m². This site is part of a one-billion-euro investment plan that the real estate company is deploying in the country over five years. The day before, on October 13, the company had announced a €100 million share buyback program, a contextual element for the stock.
During its H1 2026 results published on July 30, CTP maintained its objective of reaching 1 billion euros in annualized rental income by 2027. On the technical side, the support at €12.20 and the resistance at €14.22 now frame the price.
CTP remains on track to reach €1 billion of annualised rental income in 2027, driven by development completions, indexation and rent reversion
