Down 16% in three months, Engie stock advances nearly 2% with RSI at 34
The energy producer rebounds sharply mid-morning in a well-oriented Paris market. This recovery follows a lengthy decline that left the security below all its moving averages.
The Engie share gains 1.88% to €23.30 in session, compared with €22.87 the previous day, and ranks in the top half of the CAC 40, which advances 0.59%. This recovery contrasts with the underlying trend: the security loses 15.98% over three months, while remaining up 24.5% over one year. The price is below the 20-day MA (gap of 1.02%), at €23.54, while the 50-day MA and 200-day MA are further away.
The RSI at 34 reflects a security still weak following this prolonged decline. The support at €22.52 remains the closest level.
