Each BSA grants the right to subscribe to one ordinary Drone Volt share, at an exercise price of €0.56 per share. The exercise period extends from August 3, 2026, to May 4, 2031. The exercise of all BSAs would result in the creation of 7.05 million additional shares, corresponding to an estimated dilution of approximately 9.1% based on the current share capital. The BSAs will not be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Paris immediately upon issuance, although a request for admission to trading may be submitted later by the company.
