Econocom expands its board of directors to ten members with two executive committee leaders
Following its general meeting on September 29, 2026, Econocom increased its board of directors from eight to ten members. The group, listed on Euronext Brussels, announced this development in a press release published on October 6, 2026.
Quentin Bouchard and Israel Garcia join the board of directors
Quentin Bouchard and Israel Garcia were appointed as members of Econocom's board of directors. Both were already sitting on the group's executive committee. According to the press release, their arrival aims to strengthen "the alignment between governance bodies and the management team that daily drives the One Econocom strategic plan". The group indicates that the two executives bring to the board their knowledge of the group, its activities and its operational challenges. Econocom frames these appointments as part of the transformation of its governance, intended according to the company to promote close coordination between strategic orientations and their operational implementation.
