The operation brings the average maturity of its bond debt to 4.4 years, once the December 2026 and March 2027 tranches are repaid.
A floating-rate tranche and a fixed-rate tranche of 4.75%
The first tranche, of €300 million, takes the form of a floating-rate bond with a maturity of two years, maturing on November 3, 2028. It is remunerated on the basis of the three-month Euribor plus 75 basis points.
