Elior Group announced on September 29, 2026 a 35% stake acquisition in Librairie Gourmande, a retailer specializing in the sale of books dedicated to cooking and gastronomy.
Based in Paris, Librairie Gourmande boasts more than 10,000 references devoted to cooking, gastronomy and wine. It caters to gastronomy professionals, students and teachers as well as cooking enthusiasts.
