Emeis share breaks through its 10.02 € support level, RSI falls to 24
The group of elderly care facilities experiences a severely deteriorated trading session in a declining Paris market. The decline accelerates an already prolonged downtrend and brings the stock back among the weakest performers in the SBF 120 index.
A 10.02 € support breached during the session and an RSI at 24
Emeis share loses 6.34 % to 9.60 €, compared to 10.25 € at the previous close. The stock broke through its 10.02 € support level during the session and remains below it, a threshold that had previously held despite several tests. The RSI at 24 reflects the scale of the selling pressure over recent weeks: over one month, the decline reaches 24.53 %, over three months 32.91 %.
The price is 16.30 % below its 20-day moving average (11.47 €), and 30.69 % below the 200-day average (13.85 €). In the SBF 120, Emeis ranks among the strongest declines of the day, while the index falls 0.81 %.
A half-yearly publication in July that had raised 2026 guidance
During the first half 2026 results, published on July 29, the group stated that its performance allowed it to raise its guidance for the year, with the momentum observed since January extending that of 2025. Since then, the stock has declined significantly: it had already lost more than 20 % over one month by early October, and several sessions of decline have been recorded in recent weeks. The group also completed its withdrawal from Latin America in early October, for approximately 111 M€ in disposals.
On the market side, French sovereign rates remain elevated, with a 10-year OAT at 4.83 % on October 7, which weighs on the Paris session. The next technical reference point is the resistance zone at 13.55 €, well above the current price.
