Energisme: Loamics Surpasses One Million Patients Integrated into P4DP Platform
Energisme announced on September 23, 2026 a new milestone in the development of its subsidiary Loamics, specialized in the structuring and exploitation of health data. The group now organizes its activities around two distinct operational divisions: Eco-Hub in energy and Loamics in healthcare.
The First National Health Data Repository in General Medicine Ramps Up
As announced in the first half of 2026, Loamics has put into production the first national health data repository in general medicine, as part of the P4DP Consortium for which the data controller is the National College of Teaching General Practitioners.
Following an initial validation and ramp-up phase, health data from more than one million patients are now integrated into the platform, compared to approximately 100,000 announced in early June 2026.
According to Energisme, the value of the repository also lies in the depth of available data, with some medical records containing nearly twenty years of medical history. P4DP, born from a public-private partnership funded under France 2030, is progressively establishing itself as a national infrastructure for primary care data.
Three Addressable Markets Starting from 2027
Surpassing the one million patient milestone enables Loamics to move into a new phase of its development around three complementary sectors: public health management, research, and clinical trials.
On the first axis, Loamics intends to develop dashboards intended for public health actors. On the second, the company plans to deploy secure research environments, with certain initial access requests being part of academic projects benefiting from Bpifrance funding. On the third, cohort analysis could help facilitate the identification of patients meeting the inclusion criteria for certain clinical trials.
Energisme indicates that discussions are already underway with various institutional and industrial players. The group anticipates a progressive increase in Loamics' activity and its contribution to the group's revenue starting from 2027. In parallel, Energisme continues its strategic review regarding the valuation of its stake in Eco-Hub, notably through the entry of an industrial or financial partner.
