Equasens: Dominique Pautrat Appointed as Chairman of the Board
Equasens announced on Wednesday the appointment of Dominique Pautrat as the chairman of the board, succeeding Thierry Chapusot whose term has expired. This transition is accompanied by the arrival of four new board members.
Dominique Pautrat, Former CEO, Takes Over as Chairman
Dominique Pautrat, who led Equasens as CEO from 2010 to 2022, becomes the chairman of the board, replacing Thierry Chapusot, the founder of the group and chairman since 2010. Pautrat retains an in-depth knowledge of the group which he helped develop during his tenure as executive director, marked by strong growth and diversification into other health professions as well as expansion into Europe, specifically in England and Italy. Since 2022, he has been serving as the chairman at La Coopérative Welcoop and Marque Verte Santé, the parent holding of Equasens, while remaining a board member of the group.

The general assembly approved the co-option of Sylvie Ortillon, a pharmacist, as a board member replacing Emilie Lecomte following her resignation. Three additional members were also appointed to the board: Céline Dargent, a chartered accountant, consultant, and auditor specializing in sustainable development, as an independent board member; Vincent Monestel, a pharmacist; and François-Pierre Marquier, deputy CEO of Equasens and director of the Pharmagest division.
