Europlasma: its FDB Industries subsidiary placed in judicial liquidation
The Lorient commercial court handed down its decision on October 15, 2026. It does not follow the path requested by Europlasma, which had sought the opening of a judicial reorganization procedure for this company.
A disaster in January 2026 followed by six months of production shutdown
The judgment places FDB Industries in judicial liquidation. Europlasma announced this in a press release issued the same day at 4:00 p.m.
The group attributes this procedure to a context "notably marked by a disaster that occurred in January 2026". According to the press release, this event had led to the interruption of production for six months.
Europlasma requested reorganization, the court opted for liquidation
Europlasma itself had seized the Lorient commercial court to request the opening of a judicial reorganization procedure for FDB Industries. This step had been mentioned in a press release from June 30, 2026.
At the conclusion of the procedure, the court pronounced the judicial liquidation of the subsidiary. Europlasma states it "takes note" of this decision.
The press release was issued under regulatory disclosure requirements, in the AMF category "Inside Information / Other Announcements".
