Exail Technologies Postpones Half-Year Results Publication Again to October 10
Exail Technologies announced on September 24, 2026 a new postponement of its first half 2026 results publication, now expected by October 10, 2026 at the latest.
This delay stems from a re-examination of the accounting treatment of financial instruments issued by its subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries, the complexity of which the company emphasizes. The group clarifies that this postponement does not call into question either the financial aggregates already published on September 14, 2026 or the group's operational momentum, which remain excellent.
Re-examination of Accounting Treatment of Financial Instruments
The French specialist in inertial navigation and maritime drones indicated that the publication of its half-year accounts will take place by October 10, 2026 at the latest.
The company explains, in agreement with its statutory auditors, that additional time is necessary to finalize the year-end accounting work. This delay is justified by the need to re-examine the accounting treatment of financial instruments issued by subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries, described in note 2.2.2 of chapter 4.1.6 of the consolidated accounts of the 2025 URD.
This is the second calendar postponement announced in a short period of time: publication, originally scheduled for September 15, 2026 after trading, was first postponed to September 24, before a further delay to October 10.
Revenue Confirmed Up 27%
The company confirms the figures communicated on September 14, 2026. First half 2026 revenue stands at 275 million euros, up 27% compared to the first half of 2025.
Current EBITDA came in at 63 million euros, up approximately 43%, and operating income at 46 million euros, up 61%. The group also reports an increase in working capital requirement of 70 million euros, with significant cash inflows expected in the second half of 2026.
For reference, over the full 2025 financial year, revenue was 478.55 million euros and operating income was 31.66 million euros.
Publication Postponed, Aggregates and Operational Momentum Unchanged
Exail Technologies clarifies that the publication postponement does not call into question either the aggregates already published or the group's operational momentum.
The company also mentions the prospect of its acquisition by Thales. The group, listed on Euronext Paris (compartment B) and a member of the SBF 120, generates its revenues in nearly 80 countries, predominantly in the defense sector.
The next deadline set by the company is the publication of half-year accounts by October 10, 2026 at the latest.
