Exosens raises 2026 targets: Revenue up to €570M and EBITDA growth
The Bordeaux-based group now targets approximately 20% growth in revenue and approximately 25% growth in adjusted EBITDA in 2026, a revision that comes just over a month before the publication of its nine-month results, expected on October 27.
Revenue range raised to €558-570 million
Exosens announced on September 17, 2026 an increase in its annual targets. The group now aims for revenue between €558 and €570 million for fiscal year 2026, compared to a previous range of €520 to €540 million.
Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be between €186 and €192 million, compared to €168 to €178 million in the previous forecast. At the midpoint, this corresponds to approximately 20% growth in revenue and approximately 25% growth in adjusted EBITDA compared to 2025, which implies further improvement in profitability according to the group.
This revision is based on the performance of the first half of 2026 and on what the company describes as sustained commercial momentum. Capital expenditures are expected to remain around 9% of revenue, excluding capitalized research and development expenses estimated at approximately 3% of revenue, an unchanged level related to the expansion of production capacity in Europe and the United States.
Acceleration of image intensifier tubes in Europe
In the Amplification business, Exosens maintained production at its European facilities for the entire month of August for the first time, with extended operating schedules implemented as planned. New production equipment was also put into service.
These steps confirmed, according to the group, a faster-than-expected ramp-up of additional capacity dedicated to high-performance image intensifier tubes in Europe. This enables Exosens to meet global demand for night vision solutions earlier than anticipated.
In the Detection and Imaging business, the group cites the growing adoption of its imaging technologies in drone, counter-drone and long-range surveillance applications. To meet this demand, Exosens plans to triple its thermal camera production capacity and double that of cooled infrared cameras in 2026. The company also reports momentum in nuclear instrumentation, particularly for applications related to small modular reactors (SMR).
Financial calendar and company presentation
The financial calendar provides for the publication of revenue and adjusted gross margin for nine months on October 27, 2026, before market opening. The results for fiscal year 2026 will be announced on February 22, 2027, the date on which Exosens will also present its forecast for fiscal year 2027.
The group, headquartered in Mérignac, employs more than 2,000 people and has 13 production and research facilities in Europe and North America. The stock is listed on Compartment A of Euronext Paris and is notably included in the SBF 120 index.
