JCDecaux reached €25.64 in trading, a level exceeding the previous record of €25.50 established at the beginning of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The stock is trading at €25.22 and gaining 2.19% while the SBF 120 is rising 0.21%, placing it among the index's strongest gainers. It is trading above its 20-day moving average (+1.94%) as well as its 50-day moving average (+3.62%), and remains close to its resistance level at €25.26. Over the quarter, the stock has gained nearly 20%, and over one year the gain exceeds 69%.

Deutsche Bank upgraded its rating from "hold" to "buy" on October 15, and raised its price target from €21 to €30, representing an upside of approximately 19% from the current price. The day before, CIC Market Solutions confirmed its buy rating by raising its target from €27 to €29.50. These upgrades follow half-year results published on July 30, during which the group targeted organic revenue growth of approximately 5% and highlighted digital at 42.8% of revenues. The market will now monitor the €25.26 level, a resistance level the stock is approaching this Thursday.
