Gérard Perrier: Activity Up 11.6% in First Half and Annual Target Raised to €350 Million
Gérard Perrier Industrie reported on September 29, 2026 a 11.6% increase in activity during the first half of fiscal year 2026, driven by its Installation/Maintenance and Aeronautics & Defense divisions.
At the same time, the Lyon-based group specializing in automation and industrial electrical equipment raised its annual production target to €350 million, a signal sent after an already positive start to the year.
Operating Income Up 20.9% to €11 Million
In the first half of 2026, operating income reaches 11 million euros, compared to 9.1 million a year earlier, representing growth of 20.9%. Net profit stands at 7.9 million euros, up from 6.8 million in the first half of 2025, an increase of 16%.
Cash reserves remain at 80.5 million euros after the payment of a dividend of 8.7 million euros. Financial debt declines to 53.4 million euros, compared to 56.4 million on January 1st, despite investments made in production facilities during the half-year.
The group notes that as of June 30, 2026, it held 5% of its capital, with a book value of 10.2 million euros.
Aeronautics & Defense and Installation/Maintenance Drive Growth
The semester's progression is primarily driven by two divisions. The Installation/Maintenance division (SOTEB, SNE, OFATEC, N-CYP, DATIVE) reports a 17.3% increase compared to the first half of 2025 and maintains a sustained level.
The Aeronautics & Defense division, represented by the AECE Group (Aquitaine Électronique, AEVA) and AQLE, grows 30.2%, benefiting mainly from AQLE's integration into the group.
The division encompassing the manufacture of electrical and electronic equipment (GERAL, Bontronic, Peter Pohl) and specialized business experts (SEIREL, SERA) records 6.8% growth, despite a slight slowdown in some entities in this more cyclical activity. The Energy division (Ardatem, Technisonic), intended notably for the nuclear sector, sees its activity stabilize at the same level as the first half of 2025, following a more difficult period linked to the transitional effect of reduced reactor outages.
Annual Production Target Raised to €350 Million
For fiscal year 2026, the Management raises its production target to €350 million. When publishing 2025 results on March 30, 2026, the group had indicated a revenue target of 345 million euros for 2026.
In fiscal year 2025, the group generated revenue of 323.67 million euros and net profit of 17.57 million euros. The target revision comes following the transfer of the group's listing from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth in early September 2026.
