Herige Industries Appoints Emmanuelle Charier and Julien Caillaud to the Supervisory Board
Following its general meeting on May 29, Herige Industries appointed Emmanuelle Charier as an independent member and Julien Caillaud as a family shareholder member to its Supervisory Board.
Emmanuelle Charier Joins the Board as an Independent Member
Emmanuelle Charier, aged 48 and a graduate with a certificate of aptitude for the legal profession, was appointed as an independent member of the Supervisory Board for a term of three years, until the ordinary general meeting of 2028. Her professional career began in a law firm before joining the family business Charier, where she successively held the positions of Legal Manager and Director until 2019. She participated in the creation of Foncière Charier in 2012, becoming its President in 2020. She has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Charier since that year and obtained her ETI director certificate. In April 2022, she became the Chair of the Supervisory Board of Charier.
Julien Caillaud Succeeds Laurent Caillaud as a Family Member
Julien Caillaud, aged 46 and a graduate from the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics in Paris, was appointed as a family shareholder member, succeeding the late Laurent Caillaud. His term runs until the ordinary general meeting of 2027. Julien Caillaud began his career in 2004 at Bouygues Construction before joining its Nantes subsidiary in 2008 as a Works Engineer. In 2011, he joined the civil engineering company Roturier in Vendée as a leader, taking over the capital in 2019 after winning the Réseau Entreprendre Vendée award. He has been a member of the Réseau Entreprendre Vendée for seven years and of the APM (Association for Management Progress) network for four years. Julien Caillaud is familiar with Herige, having served on the Strategic Trading Committee from 2014 to 2019 and on the Strategic Concrete Committee since 2019.
