Hitechpros: revenue down 5.4% in the first half, operating profit down 36.9%
Hitechpros published its first-half accounts on 29 October 2026, showing a simultaneous decline in activity and earnings. Revenue for the IT services intermediation platform fell by 5.4%, while operating profit decreased by 36.9% over the same period.
According to the company, this decline follows a return to positive organic growth recorded in the first half of 2025. The drop in revenue had a more than proportional impact on operating profit, resulting in a reduction of the operating margin from one half-year to the next. Net cash, however, remained stable year on year.
Revenue down 5.4% over the half-year
As of 30 June 2026, Hitechpros' revenue stood at €13,066,796.97, compared with €13,807,540.52 in the first half of 2025. The company, based in Antony (Hauts-de-Seine), described this trend as a slowdown in activity over the period.
To explain it, the group pointed to longer decision-making processes among clients. The company attributes this lengthening to geopolitical, budgetary and economic uncertainties, which lead client companies to postpone their decisions.
Hitechpros' model is based on intermediating IT services between clients and service providers. The pace at which clients commit to their projects therefore translates directly into the business volume processed on the platform during the half-year.
Operating profit down 36.9%, net cash remains stable
Operating profit stood at €622,745.07, compared with €987,022.45 as of 30 June 2025. Relative to revenue, it represents a smaller share than in the first half of 2025: the operating margin therefore declined over a comparable half-year scope.
Net profit held up better, at €609,087.98 compared with €755,290.52 a year earlier, a decrease of 19.4%. The decline in net profit is thus considerably less pronounced than that of operating profit.
The company linked this trend to increased pricing pressure and budget cuts among its clients, in an environment it considers less favourable. These two factors weigh on both volumes and service prices.
On the financial side, Hitechpros indicated that it maintained stable net cash as of 30 June 2026 compared with 30 June 2025. According to the company, this development demonstrates its ability to preserve its financial position in a constrained economic context.
The group also recalled that it paid a dividend of €0.90 per share to its shareholders on 3 July 2026. This payment was made after the close of the half-year and is therefore not included in the cash position as of 30 June 2026.
The company remains cautious about activity in the coming months
Looking ahead, Hitechpros reported a deteriorating economic context in France and a lengthening of companies' decision-making processes. These two factors lead the company to remain cautious about its business outlook for the coming months.
The factors cited to explain the first half (slower decisions, pricing pressure and reduced budgets) are therefore those the company also expects to weigh on the following period.
The first half of 2026 thus ends with an operating profit of €622,745.07, down 36.9%, for revenue down 5.4%, with net cash stable over one year.
