The spinal surgery implant manufacturer, based near Bordeaux, recorded according to its terms its ninth consecutive quarter of growth. Quarterly progression stands at 18% in the third quarter, after 27% in the second and 18% in the first.
Over the recent period, the distribution of medical equipment is growing faster than implants: its sales increase by 46% over the quarter, compared to 6% for spinal implants.
Nine months: €10.57M in sales, United States up 45%
The 21% increase in cumulative sales represents €1.85 million additional compared to the first nine months of 2025. The Spinal Implants division, the group's main activity, achieved €6.95 million, compared to €6.02 million a year earlier, a progression of 15%.
The company attributes this change in particular to the hybrid posterior fixation system JSS, whose associated sales have doubled over the period. The medical equipment distribution activity, driven by the SMTP ultrasonic scalpel, reached €3.61 million, up 33% compared to €2.71 million in 2025.
All geographic areas show growth over nine months. The United States records the strongest increase, at +45% for €3.84 million, ahead of France, at +18% for €3.75 million. Sales in the rest of the world advance by 3%, to €2.98 million.
Third quarter: medical equipment up 46%, decline of 9% outside France and United States
For the third quarter alone, revenue reached €3.44 million, up 18% year-on-year. This pace compares to the 23% increase in first-half sales, published by the group on September 15, 2026.
The Spinal Implants division advances by 6%, to €2.14 million, compared to 15% cumulative over nine months. The company indicates that this increase was mainly driven by the continued rollout of the JSS system. Medical equipment activity accelerates in turn, to €1.30 million compared to €0.89 million a year earlier.
Geographically, France advances by 31%, to €1.13 million, and the United States by 32%, to €1.40 million. The rest of the world declines by 9%, to €0.91 million. Implanet explains this decrease mainly by an unfavorable comparison base, linked to the first deliveries of the Jazz platform in China in 2025.
