In the upper part of the CAC 40 table, Sanofi stock rebounds by 1.5%
The pharmaceutical company is recovering mid-session, in a CAC 40 that is progressing slightly. This upturn contrasts with a year marked by a clear decline, and the stock remains trapped between two technical levels monitored for several weeks.
A rebound that brings the stock back into contact with its 20-day average
The Sanofi stock gains 1.54% to €72.70, against a gain of 0.27% for the CAC 40 and 0.30% for the SBF 120. This increase places it among the strongest gains in the Paris index, behind Pernod Ricard (+2.79%) and Veolia (+2.43%). The group continues the recovery begun in early October, after a low since 2018 reached on October 2nd. Over seven days, the gain reaches 3.87%, while the decline over one year remains at 12.77%.
The price is now in contact with the 20-day MA (€72.50) and remains below the 50-day MA at €74.70, a gap of 2.68%. The RSI at 44 is neutral, and the MACD, whose histogram is slightly returning to positive territory, signals a clear slowdown in selling pressure. Support at €69.99 remains the lower reference, resistance at €77.16 the upper reference.
