Kalray extends its agreement with Openchip for 12 months for approximately 5 M€
Kalray, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announced on October 14, 2026 the signing of a 12-month extension to its technology agreement with Openchip. This extension prolongs a collaboration initiated in 2025, focused on acceleration chips for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing.
Kalray will continue to develop Openchip's acceleration chips
The agreement was concluded with Openchip & Software Technologies S.L. Its purpose is to continue the development of acceleration technologies intended for high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI).
Concretely, Kalray will continue to provide its expertise for the development of the next generation of Openchip's acceleration chips dedicated to these two uses. The initial partnership had been the subject of Kalray press releases on May 22, 2025 and July 10, 2025.
