LePermisLibre raises €0.8M to deploy ten branches in six months
The Lyon-based online driving school has completed its capital increase while maintaining shareholders' pre-emptive rights. The operation is intended to finance the acceleration of deployment of a model that the company describes as already tested.
It follows the launch announced on September 9, 2026, which is accompanied by a refocusing of governance around founder Lucas Tournel.
A capital increase subscribed at 86.10%
lePermisLibre announced on September 28, 2026 the completion of its capital increase while maintaining shareholders' pre-emptive rights, for a gross amount of €0.8M (including €200k through offset with receivables). The operation resulted in the issuance of 14,241,443 new shares at a unit price of €0.055.
The subscription demand represented 86.10% of the amount initially offered. All subscriptions, on an irreducible, reducible and free basis, were honored in full. Settlement-delivery and registration of the new shares on Euronext Growth Paris are scheduled for September 30, 2026.
Following the operation, the share capital will amount to €937,253.256, divided into 39,052,219 shares.
Ten branches targeted over six months, between acquisitions and openings
The company indicates that the operation comes after a transformation phase and should give it the means to accelerate the deployment of its model. It targets the deployment of ten branches over six months, split between five acquisitions and five openings, including three operations already underway (two openings scheduled for September and one in October).
The net proceeds of the issuance will be allocated approximately 70% to acquisitions and openings of branches, 17% to strengthening the platform and multi-branch tools, and 13% to operational deployment and working capital requirements.
The company has set October 30, 2026 as the date for publishing its results for the first half of 2026.
