Lleida.net Exceeds One Million Certified Notifications in September 2026
In a press release issued on October 2, 2026, technology company Lleida.net provided an update on its certified notification services activity, in connection with the Spanish legal framework that came into force in 2025.
Over One Million Shipments via Certified Mail and Openum
Lleida.net (BME:LLN, EPA:ALLLN) announced that it had sent over one million certified notifications during the month of September 2026, by combining shipments from its certified electronic mail and those from its Openum service.
Certified electronic mail transforms an email into a probative electronic notification with full legal validity, sent from Gmail, Outlook or any other email manager. Openum enables the transmission of documents by email, SMS or WhatsApp and certifies their delivery, opening, content and integrity using electronic evidence, timestamping and a probative document with legal value.
Both services are based on technology proprietary to Lleida.net, protected by its patents.
A Service Backed by Organic Law 1/2025
According to the press release, certified electronic mail is the service used to attest to the prior negotiation attempt required by Organic Law 1/2025, in force since April 3, 2025.
The company specified that it closed the month of June with 12,545 active clients, the highest figure in its history. "Companies, law firms and administrations already take for granted that important communication must be provable. Every conflict that is resolved with clear evidence before reaching a court saves time and money for citizens, businesses and the Justice system," declared Sisco Sapena, CEO of Lleida.net.
Founded in 1995, Lleida.net presents itself as one of Europe's leading providers of certified notification services, electronic contracting and digital signature. The company holds over 300 patents in more than 60 countries and is listed on BME Growth (Madrid), Euronext Growth (Paris), as well as in Frankfurt and Stuttgart.
