Lleida.net: sales up 6% in the third quarter, a first in 2026
For the first time in 2026, Lleida.net recorded a year-on-year increase in its sales. The Spanish specialist in certified notification published on 2 November 2026 quarterly revenue of 4.666 million euros, up 6%, and EBITDA up 10%, to 882,000 euros, according to unaudited consolidated data.
Not all activities grew. The increase is based on two lines focused on the end customer, certified electronic notification and Other SaaS, while electronic contracting and SMS declined. The quarter was also marked by a decrease in net debt.
Certified notification and Other SaaS account for 27.3% of sales
Certified electronic notification grew 16%, to 655,000 euros, its highest level for a third quarter since 2020. The Other SaaS line recorded the group's strongest increase, of 66%, to 618,000 euros, also its highest for the same period.
Together, these two activities total 1.273 million euros, or 27.3% of sales compared with 21.3% a year earlier. The notification relies on certified email, used by companies and law firms to justify the prior negotiation attempt required by Spanish Organic Law 1/2025 since April 2025.
On 13 October 2026, the company indicated that this certified email had been accepted as evidence in 42 final rulings handed down in Spain between October 2025 and September 2026. These decisions concerned the justification of this same prior negotiation attempt.
The other lines evolved in a more mixed way. Soluciones ICX Wholesale, the wholesale business and the largest by revenue, grew 1%, to 1.645 million euros, and has increased in the third quarter for the third consecutive year since its low point of 1.349 million euros in 2023.
Certified electronic contracting, by contrast, fell 3%, to 809,000 euros. SMS solutions dropped 5%, to 939,000 euros, which represents the second-best third quarter in this line's series history.
EBITDA up 10% and operating income up 40%
This shift in mix is reflected in the sales breakdown: the share of the wholesale business fell from 37.1% to 35.3% of revenue. Gross margin grew 7%, to 2.554 million euros, or 54.7% of sales, up two tenths of a point year on year.
On the cost side, personnel expenses fell 2%, to 1.399 million euros, while external services rose 25%, to 501,000 euros.
Excluding R&D capitalisations of 228,000 euros, EBITDA stood at 654,000 euros, up 15%. EBITDA, including R&D capitalisations, represents 35% of gross margin, compared with 34% a year earlier.
Operating income rose 40%, to 290,000 euros, after depreciation and amortisation of 557,000 euros and a provision for trade receivables of 36,000 euros. The third quarter of 2025 included 113,000 euros of staff severance payments, with no equivalent this year.
Financial result came to -50,000 euros, compared with -31,000 euros a year earlier, and exchange rate differences weighed 27,000 euros.
Profit before tax rose 15%, to 213,000 euros. For Sisco Sapena, founder and CEO, “the shift in model towards the end customer is starting to show in the income statement.”
Net debt reduced to 1.41 times EBITDA
Total financial debt decreased by 511,000 euros over the quarter, to 5.789 million euros as of 30 September 2026, including 3.307 million euros in short-term debt and 2.482 million euros in long-term debt. Net financial debt fell 9%, to 4.657 million euros, against cash and liquid assets of 1.132 million euros.
The executive said the group reduced its net debt by 474,000 euros in this quarter alone. Since the close of 2025, the decline reaches 1.128 million euros, or 19%.
This deleveraging follows the half-year accounts published on 21 October 2026, which showed a net profit of 354,000 euros for the first half. As of 30 September 2026, the net financial debt to EBITDA ratio stood at 1.41 times, compared with 1.63 times at 30 June.
