Lleida.net: net profit of 354 k€ in first half of 2026, unique clients up 52%
Lleida.net's consolidated half-yearly accounts, subject to a limited review by statutory auditors and published on October 21, 2026, confirm the preliminary results released on August 4. The certified electronic notification specialist reports a net profit of 354 k€ and a reduction in its debt, while its revenue and EBITDA decline. The company attributes the evolution of its revenues to a change in business model: high-value bulk contracts are being replaced by thousands of end customers. According to the press release, the customer base is growing faster than business volume, and the figures by activity make it possible to measure this gap.
Revenue of 9.234 M€ and EBITDA of 1.572 M€ in the first half
Revenue stood at 9.234 M€ in the first half of 2026, compared with 10.134 M€ a year earlier. Gross margin fell from 5.733 M€ to 5.074 M€, or 55% of revenue compared with 57% in the first half of 2025. EBITDA amounted to 1.572 M€, compared with 2.195 M€. Excluding capitalized R&D (465 k€), EBITDA reached 1.107 M€, compared with 1.663 M€ a year earlier. Operating profit amounted to 493 k€ and profit before tax to 426 k€, compared with 1.155 M€ and 970 k€ respectively in the first half of 2025. Personnel costs of 2.759 M€ represent a saving of 5%, and external services amounted to 1.208 M€. Financial result improved by 64%, with net financial charges falling from 185 k€ to 67 k€. Net profit of 354 k€ includes 72 k€ in corporation tax. Compared with preliminary figures, profit before tax is revised to 426 k€, compared with 434 k€ initially announced. The company explains these discrepancies by the reclassification of board remuneration to personnel costs, by a provision on customer balances and by an adjustment of exchange differences.
Invoiced clients up 52%, wholesale activity declining
Reading by activity clarifies the business model change described by the company. ICX Wholesale, the wholesale activity and first line by revenue, recorded 3.135 M€, compared with 3.544 M€ a year earlier. SMS Solutions invoiced 1.977 M€ (2.121 M€ in 2025), Contracting 1.606 M€ (1.955 M€) and Other SaaS 1.198 M€ (1.364 M€). Notification is an exception: its revenue increased by 15%, to 1.318 M€, representing the best half-year in its history. The share of SaaS services in revenue rose from 44.1% to 44.6%. On the customer side, Lleida.net invoiced 5,567 unique customers over the half-year, up 52%, and issued 14,002 invoices, up 28%. The company had 12,545 active customers at the end of June, its highest historical level. According to the explanation given, the gap between the increase in the number of customers and the decline in revenues reflects the replacement of wholesale contracts with a larger end customer base.
Net financial debt reduced to 5.131 M€ at end of June
As of June 30, 2026, net financial debt amounted to 5.131 M€, down 654 k€ since the close of fiscal year 2025. It is also 91 k€ lower than the preliminary figure. Total financial debt declined by 10%, to 6.3 M€, and equity increased by 358 k€, to 5.894 M€. The ratio of net financial debt to annualized EBITDA stands at 1.63 times, compared with 1.43 times at the end of 2025: debt is decreasing, but the reference EBITDA is declining by a greater proportion. Working capital improved by 321 k€ over the half-year, in line with one of the group's objectives for 2026. On the regulatory front, Organic Law 1/2025 has required in Spain, since April 2025, to demonstrate an attempt at amicable settlement before initiating certain civil or commercial actions. Lleida.net's certified electronic mail allows proof of this approach. In total, 16 Spanish provincial courts have accepted it in 42 final orders issued between October 2025 and September 2026, according to the press release of October 21, 2026. The half-year closes with a net profit of 354 k€ and net financial debt reduced by 654 k€ since the close of fiscal year 2025.
