Macompta.fr launches Emma, its first AI agent, in August 2026
The French SaaS management software publisher has detailed its artificial intelligence roadmap, centered around specialized agents intended to progressively equip all of its solutions. The first of these, named Emma, enters service this month.
Emma, first AI agent dedicated to user onboarding
Macompta.fr announced the launch in August 2026 of Emma, presented as its first artificial intelligence agent. This tool assists users during the creation, configuration and initial use of their file.
According to the company, Emma was designed to simplify new customer onboarding, enhance their autonomy and streamline the experience from the earliest stages of use. This launch is part of an innovation strategy based on the development of specialized AI agents, intended to progressively enrich the group's software solutions.
New agents planned until early 2027
Emma constitutes the first stage of a roadmap providing for the launch, between the end of 2026 and the beginning of 2027, of new intelligent agents designed to assist users in their daily activities. The developments undertaken target notably accounting analysis functionalities, financial data interpretation, decision-making assistance and automation of recurring low-value-added processing.
The company indicates that certain artificial intelligence services could be subject to complementary offerings marketed in the form of premium options. Sylvain Heurtier, founding president, stated that "the launch of Emma marks the beginning of a new innovation cycle for Macompta.fr" and that these developments constitute "a strategic growth lever for the years to come".
